University/Institution Information Form

In preparation for your arrival we ask that you fill out this information form by 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday, February 14. This form will collect information such as your: estimated time of arrival/check-in, any open positions you may have and would like to advertise, interest in hosting the 2015 Fitness Expo, and how many people will be attended the professional’s brunch.

At-A-Glance Schedule Posted

The 2014 Southeast Collegiate Fitness Expo program committee would like to proudly announce that the schedule of events is now ready for your viewing pleasure. Sessions will be available on a first come, first serve basis with the exception of Jessica Matthew’s breakout SUP Yoga session on Saturday, January 22nd 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Details regarding signing up for that session will be released at a later date. Pre-Conference Workshops and Certifications

We are excited to announce that we will be offering two pre-conference activities in conjunction with the 2014 Southeast Collegiate Fitness Expo. Jessica Matthews will be leading an introduction to Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga on Friday, February 21 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the Student Recreation Center Indoor Pool. Space is limited to 11 participants. In addition current BODYPUMP instructors will be able to take their skills to the next level. Les Mills trainer Sheldon McBee will be conducting a BODYPUMP AIM 1 certification on Friday, February 21 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. For details on both of these trainings, please visit the Pre-Conference page. 

Master Presenter Announced

Jessica Matthews- Yoga

UNC Wilmington would like to proudly announce Jessica Matthews, M.S., E-RYT will be featured as the primary master presenter for the 2014 Southeast Collegiate Fitness Expo. Jessica will be leading the Sunday morning Go with the Flow yoga master class and 2 breakout sessions, SUP Yoga and Navigating Your Path in the Fitness Industry. Jessica will also be leading a 3 hour pre-conference SUP Yoga workshop on Friday, February 21. Read more about Jessica and her sessions.
